Eve's SCRAP Sandwich
This simple yet satisfying sandwich was created by an original Applegater, and named by a beloved Facebook fan!
S - Spinach
C - Chicken
R- Radicchio
A - Avocado
P - Pickled Cabbage
Ingredients
- Whole Grain Bread
- 1 + T Sir Kensington's Chipotle Mayo
- 2 Slices Applegate Naturals® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
- 1 small handful of radicchio
- 1 pinch of pickled cabbage
- 3-4 spinach leaves
- 2 slices avocado
Instructions
- Spread condiments (the tasty glue!) onto the bread.
- Layer on chicken, radicchio, cabbage, spinach and avocado.
- Slice diagonal or down the center... you decide.
